2023年10月5日上午，莫纳什大学教授、澳大利亚社会科学院院士李应芳教授应邀做题为“Building a sustainable ecosy stem of human resource ma nagement (HRM) res earch: reflections an d suggestions, an d tips for publishing i n top HRM journals”的学术报告。报告由我院组织与人力资源管理系王瀛老师主持，赵先副院长及线上线下100余名师生参加。

李应芳教授从技术导向、企业导向、社会导向以及员工导向四个方面对人力资源管理领域研究的主要发展变化进行了概述，并指明了当今人力资源管理研究的热点话题。李教授还结合自己作为期刊编辑、审稿人的经验，分享了在顶级人力资源管理期刊上成功投稿和发表的关键因素，针对来自中国的稿件的拒稿原因进行阐释并给出建议，以帮助广大师生增加在顶刊上发表文章的机会。报告结束后，几位博士研究生将自己的研究进行报告，与李教授进行了深入交流与探讨，也得到了李教授的建议与指导。线上、线下的师生纷纷表示从本次报告中得到很多启发和收获。

李应芳教授简介：

Fang Lee Cooke (PhD, University of Manchester, UK) is Distinguished Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) and Asia Studies at Monash Business School, Monash University, Australia. She is also a Fellow of the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia. Her research interests are in the areas of strategic HRM, knowledge management and innovation, outsourcing, international HRM, diversity and inclusion management, employment relations, migrant studies, HRM in the healthcare sector, digitalization and implications for employment and HRM; climate change, energy transition and the future of work; Sustainable Development Goals and the role of multinational firms. Fang is the recipient of the Dean’s Award for PRME Research Excellence (2018) and the Dean’s Award for Research Excellence (2011), Faculty of Business and Economics, Monash University, Australia. She was also a DAAD (German Academic Exchange Scheme) Visiting Professor, Georg-August-Universität Goettingen, Germany (2016). Fang Lee Cooke is a panel member, of the United Nations Environment Programme-International Sciences Council (UNEP-ISC), Foresight Expert Panel (2023-2024).
